What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS. For best results, use a high-resolution image (300 DPI) or vector artwork. If you are unsure about your file, contact us and we will help you prepare it.
How long does production take?
Most custom engraving and printing orders are produced within 2-4 business days after you approve your digital proof. Larger or bulk orders may take a few extra days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Canada typically arrive in 2-7 business days, and orders to the USA in 5-12 business days. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
Can I order in bulk for events or business?
Yes - we love bulk and wholesale orders such as wedding favors, corporate gifts, and promotional products. Contact us directly for volume pricing and dedicated support.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made for you, orders are generally non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you approved, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
How do I care for engraved items?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to water or heat. Acrylic items should be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes - most items can be gift-wrapped on request. Add a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate it.
